Postage
For unframed prints, all orders within Australia have a flat rate of $35 and International will be calculated at time of checkout.
For framed prints, all orders within the greater Sydney area (including Penrith, South Shire and Northern Beaches up to Avalon) have a flat rate of $50 (3-6 day turnaround from the time of your order). For interstate framed prints, all orders within Melbourne (including Peninsula and Geelong) have a flat rate of $115. (1-3 weeks turnaround time) personally delivered to your door. All orders within Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers (Byron Bay Shire, Tweed Head, Ballina and between) have a flat rate of $115 (1-3 weeks turnaround time). Any location that is on the coast, between Adelaide (South Eastern Point) up to Noosa (North Eastern Point) and Canberra have a flat rate of $350 sent via our Artcourier service (1-6 weeks turnaround time).
For unframed prints, orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. All deliveries are made by Australia Post. Please allow approximately 14 days from the date of shipment within Australia and 28 days internationally. If you have any questions relating to your order please contact [email protected].

For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
Orders are securely packaged from by our Sydney printing team and sent with Australia Post. Framed prints will be expertly wrapped by our framers and delivered directly to your door. You will be called to book delivery at your convenience once framing is complete.
Yes, our framing/shipping team also offers hanging by request. You can discuss this with our team when they contact you regarding delivery. This service will incur an additional fee.
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. If have any further queries please email [email protected] with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We would like to inform you that we do not offer refunds on artwork. Sorry mate, this is because each piece is created or customised, printed and signed specifically for you, making it unique. We appreciate your understanding and support.
We pack our orders carefully and securely but very occasionally, accidents unfortunately occur. Please email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible and we will be in contact to work out the best solution.
Payment
We do not store any of your credit card details. Our secure, encrypted payment gateway is provided by Stripe so you can be sure your personal details are protected.
All credit card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). The currency conversion tool is an approximate guide based on daily exchange rates, rates may vary. If you are using a non-Australian credit card, your financial institution may charge a conversion fee as well as additional charges. Please check with your financial institution for details.
We’re happy to accept payment via PayPal. Once you have selected an item to purchase, visit the checkout and select PayPal as the payment method. Once you have selected an item to purchase, visit the checkout and select Afterpay as the payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. If you’re a returning customer, simply log in. Your first payment will be deducted at the time you place your order.

Absolutely, gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed via our online store. To redeem online, the recipient simply enters the unique code on the card at checkout.
All vouchers are valid for 24 months from purchase date and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers are issued in Australian dollars (AUD) only.
If you want to send to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order. We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel!
